Oatmeal with fruit or peanut butter! :) Or some eggs with toast. Sometimes I have organic bran flakes with some fruit and almond milk.

I feel like you already do the basic things that help you lose weight . Also, keep in mind what you eat & how much you eat . I try to have a big breakfast, medium lunch, small dinner, snacks in between, & lots of water .
It’s called Lose It! . I’ve used MyFitnessPal & Calorie Counter before, too . Lose It! is much easier to use, imo . (:

I would guess Amazon would have them . I got these when I worked at a Nike outlet . Actually ! They have them on Nike.com ! Hopefully that helps .

whenever i eat bad i notice i bloat for no reason. i also bloat from eating late, eating dairy, not drinking enough water, eating too many fiber one bars :p. bloat sucks (especially when trying to eat normal) but you’ll get rid of it soon!!
Oh goodness ! The reason I’m bloating is all those reasons & then some . I just had a rough couple of weeks & kinda just fell off my path here . I go to school full time & work almost full time - it was just killing me ! I felt like I had to crunch time, so I ended up eating REALLY badly frequently, including late at night . Ugggh . I just stopped myself yesterday & just shook myself out of it . I’m (hopefully !) going to restart this whole thing & I’m going to try my best to work it out .. ! >___<
