Intake along with out put .

Yep ! Back at trying to do this intake diary again . Hopefully this will help me NOT fall off again .

Just so you guys know, I did a 20 hour water fast . I did this as a recovery process after having bad couple of weeks . So, this intake may not actually be very helpful . 

For those of you who are wondering, I fasted from 6pm last night until about 2 or 2:30pm .

Breakfast: water
Lunch: (about 3:30pm) 6inch ToGo’s sandwich w/ turkey, veggies, & avocado . Also, handful of kettle baked chips .
Dinner: 5 or 6 popcorn chicken with a spoonful of potato salad
Snack: small salad with light italian dressing . Also, wheat bun with almond butter

I’m hoping to get rid of whatever is bloating me . I’m eating really carefully & obv not as much as I’m used to, just because I’m just so .. bloated & uncomfortable . I am planning to eat semi-regular tomorrow & I’m also planning on going back to the gym, so stay tuned for that !

  • 3 teaspoons of low sodium salsa
  • 2 pieces of 45 calorie bread
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons of almond butter

Lunch:

  • 1 cup of greek yogurt
  • 27 pieces of Cinnamon Harvest Kashi cereal

Dinner:

  • Grilled chicken salad from Rubio’s

Snacks:

  • 1 plum
  • 1 Kashi dark chocolate bar
  • A few bites of baked salmon
  • 1 cheese danish

Output:

  • None

Uuuughhhh . I thought I was doing okay today until I went to school . I passed the vending machine & had a really bad craving for this cheese danish that was in there . I caved . So terrible . No output either . I’m starting to realize that Mondays/Tuesdays are going to be too hard to try to fit the gym into . Anyways, I need to learn how to control these damn cravings .. -____-

  • Scrambled eggs; 1 whole egg, 2 egg whites, a bit of skim milk
  • 2 pieces of Sara Lee 45 calorie bread
  • 1 Low fat Laughing Cow cheese to top the bread

Lunch:

  • Sandwich; 2 pieces of Sara Lee 45 calorie bread, a bit of low fat mayonnaise, a bit of dijon mustard, 1 1/2 slices of low sodium deli ham, 1 slice of havarti cheese, a bit of lettuce

Dinner:

  • 5oz piece of chicken breast; baked in a bit of dijon, red wine vinegar, & garlic
  • 1/2 cup of brown rice with a bit of broccoli & baby carrots mixed in

Snacks:

  • 1 plum
  • 1 strawberry flavored chobani yogurt with a bit of granola
  • 1/2 of a Nature’s Valley protein bar
  • 1 cookie 

Output:

  • None 

No output for today . I had school & work . I also didn’t get much sleep, so I didn’t feel like doing much of anything . At least I didn’t shoot myself in the foot by eating super badly .

I’m going to die .

I know I haven’t been posting my intake & calories much .. It’s because I’ve made a decision on something . I’m not going to be counting my calories anymore . My boyfriend & I had a discussion about how stressed I get whenever I go over or below my “recommended calorie intake” . Since I’m RECOVERING from an ED, stress is the last thing I need in my life .

Even though I’m not going to be counting my calories, I will STILL make myself aware of what I’m eating & I will still look at the labels of things . I’m also going to just post what my meals are now, recipes, & maybe even more pictures .

Today was super awkward . I woke up late, forgot to bring my lunch, &amp; had night class tonight . Totally not a great combination for trying to get back on track . Crap . Oh, well . At least I didn&#8217;t eat total garbage today . I just didn&#8217;t have any real meals . Just a bunch of snacks . It&#8217;s better than binging &amp; restarting this whole cycle, right&#160;? Right&#160;! (: Staying positive ..&#160;! ^__^&#8221;

Today was pretty boring . I was stuck at home, studying all day . Slightly stressing that I forgot to do one quiz in Human Development . I only have 4 or 5 assignments in so far &amp; I&#8217;m already at an F . God . -_________-, I&#8217;m surprised I haven&#8217;t binged today, yet . SIGH .

Okaaay . So, let’s talk about today ! I have no idea how I did this .. But, I’m actually under my caloric intake by almost 500 . This is by no means an achievement for me . It’s actually really strange . I was really busy at work & I just didn’t have time to eat, really . When I got home, I just packed a little plate of grapes & toast with a bit of cheese & felt so full . I’m not sure why .. 

After that, I headed to the gym with my boyfriend & ended up only doing ‘moderate’ on the arc trainer (which I’m just gonna say it’s an elliptical) . At first, I was so upset that I didn’t go harder . I felt like I let myself go . I paused, took a step back from the situation & looked at it this way: I didn’t go as hard as I wanted to because my legs were still really sore from the stairmaster yesterday .. BUT, at least I didn’t stop . YES . At least I didn’t get off of the machine . I kept going at a pretty good pace .. I can’t get mad at myself, right ? Right (& neither should you guys !) . After that, I did some weight machines targeting legs .

That’s about it ! Everything else is pretty much explained on the charts, (:
