I don’t know if I’m helping anyone out there at all and I don’t know . I’m losing a lot of motivation to even keep running this blog .
I’m thinking of just quitting .
Now, I know that this is going to be bad for me in the long run, but I just know how to keep going . I feel lost .

1 serving whole wheat pasta
2 tbsp peanut butter (melted)
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp rice vinegar
1 pack stevia
1 tbsp minced garlic
Crushed red pepper to tasteCook your pasta, combine the sauce ingredients, and toss them together. I made this last night and topped it with crushed peanuts, it would also be fantastic with some steamed snow peas, broccoli, carrots, or all of the above. Super quick and easy.
